Cookies and technical tools
Last update: 2026-07-22 — Version 1.1
Scope
This page describes cookies, browser storage and technical tools that are actually present. No profiling, advertising or analytics tools are active.
PHP session technical cookie
Category: technical session cookie. Purpose: keep the server session used to generate and verify the contact-form CSRF token. Storage: browser and server. Duration: browser session (lifetime 0 in the application configuration). Controller: Unity Innovate via hosting. Name: defined by server configuration (to be confirmed after deployment).
localStorage “unity-theme”
Category: technical preference in localStorage (not a cookie). Purpose: remember light or dark theme. Storage: browser. Duration: until changed or deleted by the user. Controller: Unity Innovate (on the user’s device only).
localStorage “ui-locale” and “ui-locale-dismissed”
Category: technical preferences in localStorage (not cookies). Purpose: remember preferred language and dismissal of the language suggestion. Storage: browser. Duration: until changed or deleted. Controller: Unity Innovate (on the user’s device only).
Server-side rate limiting
Category: technical files on the server (not a cookie). Purpose: limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse. Content: HMAC identifier of the IP, timestamps and a counter. They do not contain name, email or message text. Controller: Unity Innovate / hosting. Duration: short configured time window.
Anti-spam controls and logs
Honeypot and minimum completion time are application controls on the server, not cookies. Typefaces are self-hosted. Hosting may generate technical logs according to the provider’s configuration (details to be confirmed after deployment). The current implementation includes no analytics, maps, videos, social widgets, third-party CAPTCHA or external iframes.
